The Site is located on land east of Crabtree Lane and north of Polly Taylor’s Road, Skegby, Nottinghamshire. The Site is located approximately 220 m to the north of Skegby. The High Marnham Substation is located to the east with the larger built-up residential area of Tuxford to the north west and Normanton on Trent to the south. The surrounding area comprises a wider network of farmland predominantly in arable cultivation with some grazing of livestock divided by a regular framework of hedges, trees and ditches.
